A closing cost credit that helps alleviate the up-front costs associated with buying a home.

To complete a real estate transaction, there are typically $3,000 – $6,000 in buyer closing costs in addition to your down payment. This credit will eliminate most, if not all of those extra fees.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?

Reach out to me. We will discuss where you are at and come up with a game plan. Typically the steps include: Meeting with the lender, qualifying for a loan, discussing your price point and other needs and wants of your new home, receiving daily alerts of new homes on the market that meet your requirements, find one that you love!

ARE THERE RESTRICTIONS ON LOCATION OR PRICE?

We are licensed in Colorado. Other than that, there are no restrictions. I have a great deal of expertise in the entire Denver-Metro area. From Broomfield, Aurora, Littleton, Golden, even Fort Collins and everything in between.

WHEN SHOULD I START?

It’s never too early to start the process. You will learn what price point you qualify for and will have time to repair your credit or save money if you need to. Once that happens, I recommend beginning to look at homes about 6 months to a year before you want to move.

WHAT IF I DON’T QUALIFY FOR A LOAN?

An experienced lender will help you with credit repair, savings plans, and more.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A DOWN PAYMENT?

You can use funds that are gifted to you for a down payment. There are also some down payment assistance programs that we can look into, dependent on your situation.

WHAT’S THE CATCH?

There isn’t one. We created this program for nurses, teachers and first responders because we value your contribution to Colorado families and communities. I discount my service and give it to you. It’s that simple.

Thank you for your interest! This program means the world to me and I look forward to helping you find your new home.
