" Jeremy has been a fantastic realtor. I would give him a 10/10! I have been watching the Denver metro market for years, first looking at an investment property. Jeremy had originally caught my attention due to a special deal he gives for nurses. I looked for the past 3 years at homes and he was always avaliable for me to run numbers by with him and look at properties any time. He was very avaliable and accommodating and never pressured me with my timeline of buying a home. Ultimately years later, my boyfriend and I ended up using Jeremy's services to buy a home when we decided to combine our lives. We decided to use him because his dedication and no pressure demeanor over the years. My boyfriend and I first started looking at homes that were already built in established neighborhoods and we were looking very aggressively. Jeremy was always available to show us homes we were interested in at any time. He gave us great feedback on how we could be the best bid out there, he was on our team all the time and was also aggressive and professional in this cutthroat housing market. He was what we needed to try to win a bid on a home. Unfortunately, we lost a few bids and the time crunch was on!! I needed housing asap, as I had lost my rental housing. We kept looking and finally decided on a new build. We had never done a new build before so we made sure we brought Jeremy along for this process too. His knowledge and expertise was invaluable. He helped us ask the right questions and helped us know what to look for and expect. He was still very avaliable and flexible with his schedule throughout this whole new build process. Jeremy made sure the house we got was quality and no stone was left unturned. His communication is very great. We worked as a team during every step of the new build process. Another important factor of his services was the closing credit he gave me and Jason at closing time. A new build can be expensive and some surprise costs come up. His credit for me being and nurse and my boyfriend being a retired veteran was monumental and very helpful at closing time. When buying a house you are hit financially and his willingness to do this credit was amazing and selfless. Overall, working with Jeremy was a phenomenal experience. If you want a realtor who has your best interest in mind and will help you get what you want and need, he is your guy!! He is honest, kind, patient and a go getter. He was on our team the whole time and it was very evident. We are forever grateful for his invaluable services and experience. "

" This was my first experience selling a home so I was a little weary about the process of finding an agent to assist me with this process. Frankly like most, you feel like why should I pay someone else to put a sign in my front yard to help with this. I couldn't have been more wrong! The value of having Jeremy as an agent was so incredible and saved me so much time and headaches of what I would have had to deal with if I didn't use an agent. In addition, he offered more to us as a client than most other agents we talked to. Now let's get to the more difficult part. First we now live out of state, second the house went on the market right in the middle of a pandemic. All signs point to this being a very difficult process filled with a lot of headaches. Quite the contrary, Jeremy came in and was highly creative when it came to posting a house and doing "Virtual 3D showings" and we were under contract within days of the listing. Next don't underestimate the value of a quality agent like Jeremy after you under contract. Jeremy probably fielded about 100+ phone calls, texts, and emails from me. Instead of getting frustrated with a novice like me, he was very helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process. He also assisted in the repairs and fixes we had to do after the inspection. Jeremy is a trustworthy professional who does right by his clients. I would recommend him to anyone I know who is buying or selling a home. "
